DakoIT Preventative Maintenance Plan

Dakotech is pleased to announce our new DakoIT services. Centered around Preventative Maintenance, DakoIT is a solution that is designed to give you peace of mind when it comes to critical software updates to your Windows-based Servers and Workstations, as well as the added bonus of a scheduled weekly or bi-weekly onsite technician visit. We offer two plans that you may choose from, however, if you would like to have a custom plan designed to meet your needs, simply notify the Dakotech Offices and we would be more than pleased to help. It's time to take the IT-related stress out of your workday.


Two Levels

Dakotech understands that each and every business is unique and different. No two locations will work in the exact same way and since we understand this fact, we offer a number of different solutions to meet your unique company's individual needs. Our first level of DakoIT support provides preventative maintenance at a lower cost and was designed with small businesses in mind. The labor to pay an off-site information technology firm to manage even a handful of computers anywhere from two to three times a month can expensive, just as hiring a dedicated on-site IT specialist can because an expensive endeavor as well. In our push to help streamline your processes and lower your monthly budget, the Level One DakoIT plan will cover most of your basic server and computer management needs.












Customizable Plans

Besides the entry-level support plan, Dakotech offers an intermediate selection, which is perfect for small-to-medium sized businesses and again offers Windows Update and Patch Management solutions for Windows-based computers and servers. In addition to the hardware management aspects, this plan includes the option for a scheduled weekly, or bi-weekly, onsite technician visit. These scheduled visits will increase your productive and reduce the stress of having to get someone out to your location immediately to deal with non-mission critical issues. Now you can collect your non-mission critical support requests and have them all addressed on a scheduled day, no more having to tell your employees or co-workers "when the IT-guy comes," or "we'll get to it when we can." These scheduled visits help organize and prioritize the issues that you have throughout your office, in turn increasing productivity and reducing stress all in one.










Accomodating Large Offices

In addition to the Level One and Level Two support plans, we offer a plan for large businesses that require significant manpower and fine-tuning of a number of different avenues. This third level of support is completely customizable and can be tailored to fit your business like a glove.
